I'm Paulina Laba, a builder and connector living in San Francisco, CA.

I'm a startup enthusiast: I founded a GEO startup, became one of the first GTM Engineers in San Francisco, and now the Founding GTM Lead at Shor (YC S25).

When I'm not working, you'll find me at community events, windsurfing, reading, or walking on the beach.
